At Fragrance Decanters, we believe you should know exactly what you're buying. We are committed to supplying genuine fragrances, handling every decant with care, and storing our fragrances in conditions that help preserve their quality. We take responsibility for the products we sell and aim to be transparent about how they are sourced and prepared. If something doesn't seem right with your order, we'll take your concerns seriously and look into them.

Authenticity

We retain supplier receipts and invoices, along with the original fragrance bottles, to maintain records of our sourcing. Where applicable, bottle details and batch codes can also be checked as part of the verification process.

We do not intentionally sell counterfeit, imitation or diluted fragrances as genuine products.

Careful Decanting

Every decant is prepared using a consistent process designed to maintain fragrance quality and minimise cross-contamination.

We use dedicated transfer equipment for individual fragrances, regularly rotate new and properly cleaned equipment, and do not reuse syringes across different fragrances. Each order is measured accurately and supplied in a glass bottle.

Storage

Fragrances are stored in a cool, dark environment with a consistent temperature, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Proper storage is an important part of maintaining the condition of the fragrances we supply.
